Rocky Mountain Roastery was born in Grand County, Colorado — the mountain community that includes Fraser, Granby, Winter Park, and the surrounding valleys. For over three decades, we supplied the coffee that powered early mornings on the ski slopes, long days on the trails, and quiet evenings in the mountains. We sold our retail cafes, but we never stopped roasting. We never changed the recipe.
